Screen Coating:
In this segment, you’ll learn the essential techniques for coating your screens with emulsion. We’ll dive into:
- Proper Coating Methods: Discover how to evenly coat your screens with emulsion to ensure a smooth, even surface for exposure.
- Coating Techniques: Understand the differences between single and double coating and when to use each method to achieve the best results.
- Drying the Screen: Learn the importance of properly drying your coated screens to avoid any issues during exposure.
Registering a Job on Press: Achieving Precision and Alignment
In this part of the class, you’ll gain hands-on experience in registering a job on press, a crucial step to ensure your designs are perfectly aligned for printing. We’ll cover:
- Understanding Registration: Learn the importance of accurate registration in screen printing to maintain consistency across multiple prints.
- Tools and Techniques: Discover the different tools and methods used to achieve precise registration, including the use of registration marks and micro-registration adjustments.

In-Studio: Training is held at my private home studio in Rowlett, TX. Perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups. If your group is larger than 4, the class may be relocated to a larger training facility.
On-Site in DFW Area: $750/day – I travel to your location to train your full team. Unlimited attendees welcome. Travel may apply.
Nationwide On-Site: $1,500/day – I travel anywhere in the U.S. for full team training at your facility (2-day minimum + travel). Unlimited attendees welcome.
